YOGA & PHILOSOPHY
Everyone born in this world is in search of happiness. Mostly they got deluded by the people of business, politics and science. They promise of a heaven just ahead and make them run like a thirsty deer over the desert full of only mirages. It is a sad story of the modern man. Millions have perished their life in this mad chase for happiness, without seeing even a drop and continue to perish.
Science have some use in this worldly life, but business and politics generally misusing this knowledge of science for selfish motives; have ruined the earths sweet soil , water and robbed the common man of his sanity beyond rectification.
Man thinks that he has no limitations for enjoyment in this world. Does not have faith in a Higher Power which is running the whole show, even his own life. Having lived this life, in the last days he finds nothing is going according to his wishes, his mind reels under the tide of time. He repents for wasted life in futile. In search of illusory objects and have not done anything good.
But our Rishis have shown a simple way to cross over the ocean of miseries and sufferings in the world, if he is willing to wake up from his stupor. It is yoga and Vedanta philosophy of Sanathana Dharma that analyses the man and the universe in totality. The ancient Rishis of Bharat showed us the path to achieve divine peace right here, while living in physical body itself.
Sri Krishna in Bhagavat Geeta , Patanjali Maharishi in Yoga Sutra and Vasishta Maharishi in Yoga Vasishtam describes different ways of Yoga ( Union) to realize one's on true nature.
Through one‘s on suitable way if one is able to manage or eliminate the thought process, the clouding of consciousness (Self) will get removed ; the insight will shine forth and will get established in the truth; which is self-effulgent, all encompassing, all potential pure bliss(love), boundaries are not confining it .
